Drs. Robert Ross, Jennifer Tomasone, Ian Janssen, and Amy Latimer-Cheung were part of the team that developed Canada’s first 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for Adults, which are set to launch Thursday, October 15th, 2020! Developed in partnership with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Public Health Agency of Canada, Queen’s University and ParticipACTION, these guidelines integrate recommendations for physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep.
