NOTE: Due to uncertainty related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this course will not be offered in 2022-23.
This course provides an intensive experiential learning opportunity for students. The emphasis is on hands-on application of various topics in the fields of Kinesiology and Health Studies including but not limited to outdoor recreation, active living, health and the built environment, food systems, parasport, sport participation, fitness assessments and/or movement behaviours. Students will participate in field excursions and participate in a range of skill building activities to expose them to professional and community environments.
There is an additional tuition cost of $400 to offset costs related to the field experiences.
