My research centers around bringing evidence into practice through an integrated knowledge translation approach. Specifically, working with physiotherapists and people with spinal cord injury to develop training to give physiotherapists the tools to ensure an easy transition to an active lifestyle in the community for their clients with spinal cord injury.
Too many to count. Overall, the family you come away with is the most memorable experience of being a part of the SKHS. Having continued my education at two other universities, it is evident that the Queen’s community is unparalleled.

Take advantage of the amazing extracurriculars the program has to offer (e.g. Revved Up, Winter Adapted Games, Kin Games, BEWICS, strength and conditioning/ athletic therapy mini-stream, Exercise Is Medicine, research internships, etc.). You’ll benefit not only socially but have a well-rounded history of experiences to carry forward to your next step.
