I had applied for a number of graduate programs in my final undergraduate year including University of Toronto’s Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and Epidemiology programs; Laurentian University’s Public Health degree; and McMaster University’s Health Services programs. Unfortunately, I was not accepted into any of these programs, and so decided to work for a year at Cancer Care Ontario as a research coordinator/junior policy analyst to gain some more experience before reapplying for graduate school. I am currently in the process of applying again to the University of Toronto’s Health Services Research/Health Administration program!, and hopefully, will get in this time around!
