Upper-Year Transfer

• At this time, the School has a limited number of spots (max 5 per year) available for students wishing to transfer from another university to Queen’s in Health Studies. The requirements include a minimum GPA of 3.2 and having taken HLTH 101 Social Determinants of Health (or an approved equivalent) with a  minimum grade of an A. • The School also considers requests for a change of plan from students who are in the Faculty of Arts & Science at Queen’s and has a limited number of students (max 5 per year) from students in other Faculties at Queen’s applying for internal transfer.
