Teaching Fellow

2020-2021 Teaching Fellow (TF) Positions Available

SKHS invites applications from suitably qualified graduate students interested in teaching any of the courses listed in the document below. Preference will be given to graduate students registered in the Kinesiology and Health Studies doctoral program in SKHS at Queen’s and who have relevant teaching experience.

SKHS Graduate students may apply for as many TF positions as they choose, but will normally receive no more than 1 full TF position per academic session.

Applications should be sent via email to skhs.grad@queensu.ca by 4:30 pm on Monday, May 4th and include the following:

1. cover letter indicating relevant educational background and professional or volunteer experiences including any past experience as a TF or TA in the course;

2. a curriculum vitae;

3. an unofficial transcript of graduate coursework;

4. the names and contact information of two referees.

Applications may also include other relevant materials the candidate wishes to submit for consideration such as a teaching dossier or student evaluations.

Teaching Fellows at Queen’s University are governed by the Collective Agreement for Teaching Assistants and Teaching Fellows between PSAC Local 901 and Queen’s University.
