Heejun is a Ph.D. candidate with the In Situ Population Health Lab in Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea and master’s degree at University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. His research focuses on intersectionality in physical activity and sport engagement. His doctoral thesis focuses on applying intersectionality in different countries (Canada and South Korea) using quantitative methodologies.
