2017

  • I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that I am graduating from my undergrad already! After these amazing four years at Queen’s, I will be pursuing the Masters of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy at Ottawa University. Being part of the Kinesiology program at Queen’s has given me a solid foundation of knowledge for my future. I am thankful for all the great memories I’ve had at Queen’s and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. • Plans after graduation? Write the exam to become a Registered Kinesiologist and find a job! M.R. – BSCH SSP KINE

  • Beginning in the fall, I will be starting Medical School at Western University in London. I had a blast in my four years at Queen’s, and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a Kinesiology degree! I look forward to being able to apply what I’ve learned about physiology, exercise, and physical activity in a future career in medicine.  M.H. – BSCH SSP KINE

  • I could not be more excited to be returning to Kingston in September for four more years as I begin my journey in Medical School at Queen’s to become a Doctor. The SKHS and my experiences and education through the Jinesiology program at Queen’s are a huge part of how I earned my spot in this prestigious career path, and I know that the skills I have developed will continue to help me throughout the rest of my education. I am so grateful to all the friends I have made in the past 4 years, all of the faculty and staff who have helped me and motivated me along the way, and most of all to the wonderful SKHS family that I am so happy to be a part of.  N.L.– BSCH SSP KINE

  • After finishing up my Kinesiology degree, I didn’t waste anytime going back to school. I am currently completing the Graduate Diploma in Business at the Smith School of Business here at Queen’s University. When I finish up in August, I am hoping to go on and get two years of work experience in order to return and finish up my MBA. My future aspirations of work are to combine both healthcare and business.  J.H. – BSCH SSP KINE

  • I started training to become an ambulance dispatcher with the Ottawa Paramedic Service the day after my final university exam. After four good years as Queen’s KIN student, I am excited to begin the next chapter of my life, and a new career that I find exciting, challenging, and rewarding.  A.D. – BSCH SSP KINE
