Paid Exercise Training Research Study – Participants Needed

Call for Participants!

The Muscle Physiology Laboratory is seeking male and female participants for a study examining responses to bodyweight exercise training.

This is an 8-week exercise training study, involving 2 weeks of fitness and strength testing and 6 weeks of personal training. The objective of the study is to observe whether participants get fitter and/or stronger after performing 6 weeks of bodyweight HIIT.

Participant criteria:

  • Males and females between the ages of 18-40 years old
  • No history of smoking or cardiovascular and metabolic diseases (ex. stroke, hypertension, type II diabetes)
