Please note: Not all courses listed in the Calendar are offered every year. The official course timetable is released in SOLUS in July.
First Year Kinesiology
First-year students will be pre-registered in the following courses:

KNPE 125/3.0 - Introduction to Human Physiology
KNPE 153/3.0 - Introductory Biomechanics
KNPE 167/3.0 - Socio-Cultural Dimensions of Sport and Physical Activity
PSYC 100/6.0 - Principles of Psychology
BIOL 102/3.0 - Fundamentals of Biology: Molecular and Cell Biology (optional; KIN students may swap this course for another option)
BIOL 103/3.0 - Fundamentals of Biology: Organisms to Ecosystems (optional; KIN students may swap this course for another option)
Electives:
6.0 units of your choice (we recommend Physical & Natural Science courses)
Registration Support
We strongly encourage you to attend the Kinesiology First-Year Registration Info Session on Wednesday, July 15, from 5-6 PM (ET). A registration link will be available soon on this page.
If you still have questions after the session, you are welcome to join our virtual drop-in advising & registration support sessions, running July 16–28 (Monday–Friday) from 1:00–3:00 PM.
