Admission is offered to students through faculty supervisors on a one-to-one basis. Meeting these degree requirements does not guarantee that applicants will be offered admission. Prospective students are encouraged to discuss their eligibility directly with potential supervisors prior to applying.
- Minimum B+ average or 3.3 GPA in last two-years of full-time study
- English Language Comprehension test results are required for those whose first language is not English and who, within the 12-month period prior to the month of application, have not studied for at least one year at a post-secondary institution where English is the official language of instruction. The following English Language Proficiency tests’ results are accepted: TOEFL iBT, TOEFL Paper-Based and Computer-Based, IELTS, Pearson Test (PTE), and Cambridge English Assessment.
- Evidence of successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree. We admit students from a variety of academic backgrounds and do not specify that applicants have their undergraduate degree in a particular field. If you have concerns about your academic background, please raise this when communicating with a potential supervisor.
