51 units – Core Courses: Social Determinants of Health, Psychology, Biomechanics, Anatomy, Physiology, Statistics, Research Methods, Motor Behaviour & Motor Learning, Psychology of Sport & Exercise
27 units – Health & Kinesiology Option Courses

Terminology
Core Courses: These required courses must be completed in order to graduate.
Option Courses: With certain restrictions, students may choose HLTH or KNPE courses to fulfill this component of their plan.
Arts and Science Electives: In addition to the core and option courses required for the KIN plan, students must complete electives in any subject at any level (e.g., Humanities, Natural and Physical Sciences, Social Sciences).
Note: The SKHS updates the KIN plan requirements annually. Students may follow the requirements from the year they were admitted to KIN or the current program – whichever works to their advantage.
